Greetings from our President
Ann Arbor Welcomes You...
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Ann Arbor Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Whether you are a community member, partner, or soror exploring connection, we are grateful that you are here. Ann Arbor Alumnae was founded on November 17, 1962 through the collective vision and determination of 23 dynamic women who believed deeply in the power of sisterhood and service. That same spirit continues to guide us today. Our chapter is a place where relationships are nurtured, voices are valued, and service is more than an activity- it is a responsibility we proudly embrace. We are a chapter rooted in connection. Connection to one another as sorors. Connection to the Washtenaw County community we are honored to serve. And connection to the ideals of Delta Sigma Theta that call us to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose. Through meaningful programs, partnerships, and conversations, we strive to create spaces that uplift, inform, and inspire. When you engage with Ann Arbor Alumnae - whether by attending an event, collaborating in service, or joining us as a member - you will be met with warmth, authenticity, and a genuine sense of belonging. We believe that service is strongest when it is shared, and we welcome you to be part of the work we are doing. Thank you for visiting our website. We hope this is just the beginning of a meaningful connection. In Delta Service, Brenda Hill President, Ann Arbor Alumnae Chapter Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated
